Lodging and Transportation

Conference attendees are responsible for making their lodging reservations through SHRA and travel arrangements independently

All conference attendees are REQUIRED to stay on-site at the Yosemite Valley Lodge, located in Yosemite National Park, in order to attend SHRA 2020.


Lodging

Your stay includes four nights of lodging, meals* and conference snack breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as well as a reception on Sunday evening.

(*Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on all 3 conference days with the exception of dinner on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon/evening will be open for recreation & activities, and a group dinner will not be held/provided that evening.)

Single Occupancy Lodging Option: $1,252.80 (per person) inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Lodging: 4 nights at $189/night + taxes and fees (12% CA Occupancy Tax, 1% Mariposa County TBID Tax, 0.2% California Tourism Assessment Fee, and $2/night Yosemite Conservancy Fee).
Meal Package: $389 per person inclusive of all taxes and gratuities.

Double Occupancy Lodging Option:  $1,641.80 (for 2 people) inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Lodging: 4 nights at $189/night + taxes and fees (12% CA Occupancy Tax, 1% Mariposa County TBID Tax, 0.2% California Tourism Assessment Fee, and $2/night Yosemite Conservancy Fee).
Meal Package: $389 per person inclusive of all taxes and gratuities.

*A limited quantity of double occupancy rooms are available and this option will no longer be available once sold out.

Please note that conference lodging reservations are made with the SHRA team directly – do not reach out to the hotel to book your room and lodging.


Transportation

Transportation will be unique this year with Yosemite’s remote location. Plan to book your flights into Fresno-Yosemite International Airport (FAT). We’ll be providing more info and resources on ground transportation shortly.
