Members include human resource and operations representatives from national park concessioners as well as resorts, cruise lines, ski areas and more. Members share a common interest in HR topics specific to seasonal employment, including recruiting, retention, staffing, training, employment law, orientation and onboarding, housing, benefits, recreation, policies and procedures. We welcome the opportunity to have new participants join us.
The Main Event for SHRA is the fall conference. The location changes every year, though we remain focused on continued education, legal updates and networking. Join us at the conference, leave your desk behind and breathe in fresh air and new ideas, and give perspective to your job, the industry and your property. Networking with others who have similar work-place challenges is always the highlight of the conference.
